1. Getting Started

To start using EduRachana, your preschool administrator will provide login credentials. Parents can register using the provided preschool code.

2. Parent Login Issues

• Make sure your preschool has added your mobile/email
• Use the same contact to log in via OTP
• Contact your preschool if you can’t log in

3. Admin Dashboard

Admins can manage student data, fee structures, send communications, view analytics, and assign roles from the dashboard.

4. Security & Access

All data is encrypted and protected via role-based access. Only authorized staff or parents can access relevant records.

5. Payments & Fees

Payments are powered by secure Indian gateways. EduRachana does not store card or UPI credentials. Receipts are auto-generated.
