  • Authentication: Aadhaar/APAAR ID (for students if provided with consent)
  • Academic Records: Attendance, grades, assessments
  • Payment Information: UPI/Bank transaction metadata (never card details)
  • Health/Nutrition: Allergy notes, medical alerts, if provided
  • Usage Data: IP address, browser type, and interactions for security & analytics

2. Lawful Basis of Data Processing

We collect and process your data only with your explicit consent (Section 7, DPDP Act) or based on a lawful contract (e.g., with your school). Parents/guardians provide consent on behalf of children below 18 years of age.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To deliver educational services via our ERP platform
  • To manage school records, communication, billing, and attendance
  • To send system updates, security alerts, or transactional messages
  • To ensure child safety and compliance with Indian education norms

4. Sharing of Information

We never sell personal data. We may share limited data:

  • With your school/preschool for academic operations
  • With payment processors (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe) for fee payments
  • With government authorities only when legally required
  • With third-party cloud providers (under strict NDA & security measures)

5. Data Security & Storage

We follow Reasonable Security Practices as per Rule 8 of the SPDI Rules, including:

  • Data encryption at rest and in transit
  • Access control with role-based authentication
  • Data backups stored securely in India

6. Data Retention

Personal data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill legal, educational, or contractual obligations. Upon request, we will delete or anonymize data as per your rights.
